WHAT DO I DO?

I help people recover, grow and thrive in their lives.

I offer therapeutic counselling for those who are looking to heal their lives, confront their past, and navigate the future.  Those who are looking to get more out of life.

I help teenagers, young adults and adults who see the benefit of working with a guide, motivator and good listener to achieve higher levels of understanding and balance.

We all suffer, but we don’t have to struggle.

I believe good therapy is an effective balance between counselling, consulting and coaching—call it what you will, it all comes down to making changes for the better and discovering what works for you.

I passionately believe in what the Buddha said over 2500 years ago:  “There are only two mistakes one can make along the road to truth: not going all the way, and not starting.”

As someone who has spent his life learning, growing and challenging himself, I believe in the power of the therapeutic process, and I believe in the possibility of personal change and healing.
